Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 18, 2026
Renewell is operated by ECOM GOD GROUP LIMITED (“Renewell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate getrenewell.com and related store features, products, customer accounts, subscriptions, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use the Services, place an order, create an account, subscribe, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Renewell. If this Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service about the processing of personal information, this Policy controls.
1. Personal Information We Collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include information that has been anonymized or de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Depending on how you interact with us and where you live, we may collect:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order and transaction information, such as products viewed, added to a cart, purchased, returned, or cancelled; order history; subscription selections; payment status; discounts; and delivery details.
- Payment information, such as payment method, billing details, transaction confirmation, and limited payment-card details made available by our payment processors. Full payment-card information is generally collected and processed by Shopify and payment providers rather than stored directly by Renewell.
- Account information, such as login credentials, account settings, saved preferences, and subscription preferences.
- Communications, including customer-support messages, return or refund requests, reviews, survey responses, and other information you choose to provide.
- Device and network information, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, network connection, cookie or device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Usage information, such as pages and products viewed, referral source, searches, cart activity, clicks, interaction times, and how you navigate or use the Services.
- Marketing and advertising information, such as communication preferences, email engagement, interactions with advertisements, attribution data, and inferred interests or audience segments.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government identifiers or medical records, unless we specifically request it and it is necessary for a stated purpose.
2. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information:
- directly from you, when you visit the Site, create an account, place an order, start or manage a subscription, submit a review, sign up for communications, or contact us;
- automatically, through cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies when you use the Services;
- from Shopify and service providers, including providers supporting payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, customer support, and communications; and
- from business and marketing partners, such as advertising platforms or referral sources, where permitted by law.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- provide the Services and perform our contract with you;
- process payments, accept and fulfill orders, arrange free tracked shipping, provide tracking, and manage returns, replacements, and refunds;
- create, maintain, authenticate, and secure accounts;
- administer subscriptions, recurring payments, pauses, rescheduling, and cancellations;
- communicate about orders, accounts, subscriptions, customer-service matters, policy changes, and security;
- personalize and improve the Site, remember preferences and cart contents, troubleshoot errors, analyze performance, and develop features;
- send marketing communications where permitted by law and according to your choices;
- measure advertising, attribute conversions, understand campaign performance, and show or help partners show advertising that may be relevant to you;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and security incidents;
- enforce our terms and policies, protect rights and safety, and resolve disputes; and
- comply with law, lawful process, tax and accounting duties, regulatory requests, and other legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and marketing the Services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate checkout and customer accounts, remember preferences, understand Site usage, prevent fraud, measure advertising, and personalize content or advertisements.
These technologies may be:
- strictly necessary, to provide functions such as security, cart, checkout, and account access;
- functional, to remember settings and preferences;
- analytics, to understand and improve use and performance; or
- advertising, to measure campaigns, attribute purchases, limit repeated advertisements, or support interest-based advertising.
You can manage non-essential cookies through any consent controls made available on the Site and through your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may affect functionality. Where required, we obtain consent before using non-essential cookies. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal where applicable law requires it, as described below.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information:
- to Shopify, which hosts and supports the Services, checkout, payments, customer accounts, analytics, and related ecommerce functions;
- to vendors and processors that provide payment processing, IT, security, fraud prevention, hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, fulfillment, shipping, and return services;
- to business and marketing partners that help us measure or provide advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights;
- at your direction or with your consent, for example to deliver an order or connect a feature you choose to use;
- within our corporate group or to professional advisers, where reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, insurance, or compliance purposes;
- in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, insolvency, or sale of all or part of the business; and
- for legal and safety reasons, where required by law or lawful process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, Renewell, our customers, or others.
We do not list a service provider unless its use is supported by our current practices and policy materials. Providers may change as our operations develop; the categories and purposes above describe the processing that may occur.
6. Relationship with Shopify
Shopify hosts the Services and collects and processes information about your access to and use of them to provide and improve Shopify’s services. Information you submit through the Services is transmitted to Shopify and may be processed by Shopify and its service providers in countries other than your own.
We may use Shopify features that rely on information about your interactions with our store, Shopify, and other merchants. For some of these activities, Shopify determines how and why it processes information and is responsible for responding to relevant rights requests. For more information, review the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopify.com/en and use Shopify’s privacy portal where appropriate.
7. Advertising, Sale, and Sharing
We do not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of “sell.” However, some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising broadly enough to include disclosures of online identifiers, activity, or transaction-related data to advertising or marketing partners for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
Depending on the technologies enabled on the Site, such disclosures may involve identifiers, device and network data, Site activity, commercial information, approximate location, and related inferences. You may opt out where applicable law gives you that right by using Site privacy controls, sending a valid Global Privacy Control signal, or contacting us at info@getrenewell.com with the subject “Privacy Request – Opt Out.”
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising.
8. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message. If Renewell activates an SMS marketing program and you enroll, you may opt out using the instructions in the message and the Mobile Messaging Terms. Opting out of marketing does not stop non-promotional communications necessary for orders, accounts, subscriptions, security, or customer service.
9. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send confidential information through an insecure channel.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining accounts and transaction records, complying with tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal duties, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship with you, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law.
10. International Transfers
Renewell operates internationally and serves customers in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. We, Shopify, and other service providers may process personal information outside the country where you live, including in Hong Kong, Canada, the United States, and other locations where relevant providers operate.
Where required for a transfer from the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we use a recognized transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. You may contact us for more information about applicable safeguards.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- know whether and how we process your personal information;
- access or receive a copy of personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where those concepts apply;
- opt out of direct marketing;
- appeal a refusal of a request where local law provides an appeal; and
- complain to a data-protection, privacy, consumer-protection, or other competent authority.
These rights are not absolute. Exceptions may apply, including where information must be retained to complete a transaction, comply with law, protect security, or establish or defend legal claims.
To exercise a right, email info@getrenewell.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and state your request, name, email associated with your account or order, and country/state/province of residence. We may verify your identity by asking for information reasonably matched to our records. We will use verification information only for verification and related security. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may require proof of authority and may ask you to verify your identity or confirm the authorization directly. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. Regional Information
United Kingdom
If UK data-protection law applies, ECOM GOD GROUP LIMITED is the controller of personal information processed for Renewell’s purposes. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, although we encourage you to contact us first.
United States
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision; and use an authorized agent, depending on the state and whether the law applies to us. Our “Your Privacy Choices” page explains how to submit these requests. We honor Global Privacy Control where legally required. Other than legally recognized signals such as GPC, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information and may complain to the relevant privacy regulator. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Mandatory rights under applicable privacy law remain unaffected.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority applicable where they live. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
14. Third-Party Links
The Services may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control. A link does not by itself mean we endorse the third party.
15. Complaints
If you have a concern about our processing, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our response or complain to your local data-protection or privacy authority, state attorney general, provincial privacy commissioner, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of New Zealand, as applicable.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, or law. We will post the revised version, update the “Last Updated” date, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
